What we store, and what is public

Public on the map

• Your display name.
• An approximate location — rounded to roughly a kilometre, so it shows your area rather than your address.
• The contact detail you chose to add, if you added one.

Kept, but never shown

• Your email address. It exists only so we can confirm you are a real person and reach you if there is a problem with your entry. It is never displayed, never given out and never used for a mailing list.
• The IP address the registration came from, to spot flooding.

Taking your pin down

Email the organisers from the address you registered with and it will be removed. There is no account to close and nothing else is kept.
